After just two spins on the color wheel our very experienced and confident designer selected Ashley Gray from Benjamin Moore. This color gave the room tranquility for reading and meditation. Rich and Warm for family moments and neutral enough for concentration.
Preparation was normal: cracks, sanding, priming. The special touch we gave to this room was re-defining the lines where the bull-nose edges met the door and window frames.
Our latest project is an office in the Los Angeles area. Here, working for designer, Linda Elkman we took the time to work with the client in selecting just the right color for creativity and meditation
Here is Drew's hand putting the final finishing touches on a charcoal grey accent wall. This technique known as Scarpa utilizes a rich sandwiching of rough and smooth layers to create a beautiful 'accent wall' with lots of movement and energy.
This is a living room that is in the process of getting a beautiful eggshell finish in Benjamin Moore's 'Revere Pewter'
This project involves a traditional paint job save for the unexpected, badly needed re-plastering of a nearly 90 year old ceiling. (refer to next post).
Looking forward to posting the finished product by the end of the week.
